Samsung is much better quality picture wise and sound wise it’s very low definitely need a sound bar.

The power source on my high end Sony TV went within a year of purchase. Sony would replace the power unit, but would not remove the tv and replace on the wall. After the power unit was replaced the Geek squad came out to remount and relevel the TV and to tie the bundle of cords behind the TV.

John did a GREAT job mounting my TV, plus he was super friendly! I’m very happy with my wall mounted TV.

This was to remove (raise) an existing TV wall mount. Anthony Donaldson did a good job with the installation, but he was a few hours later than scheduled.

Perfect installation. Neat, knowledgeable, nice. I wish I could find all kinds of contractors that are as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as Best Buy installers. Hey Best Buy - ya ever think of getting into building entire homes?? Seriously, you'd be awesome!

They connected my new TV to all the devices and taught me how to use everything. They were very efficient, on time and friendly.

The two guys that installed our TV were EXCELLENT. They were very careful unpacking it, installed on it on the wall and even set it up for us & explained how it worked.

Efficient with their mounting and installation. Only thing was the remote was not fully reviewed. These were Sub- Contractors and NOT the Geek Squad. Later did get a member of the Geek Squad who was rather thorough in reviewing the purchase.

Dave was WONDERFUL! Both the Geek guys were professional, friendly and very patient with us, as needed for digitally dim Seniors. They spent time making certain we could manage our equipment. They were GREAT!

TV mounted to the wall and has been great. Only problem was the installation crew locked their keys in the van. They had to wait on a locksmith and we had to purchase a stud finder since they did not have one.

Geoff and associate first came out to consult with us regarding a new home theater setup. They gave great advice with suggestions that would work great for us while saving us money. Once we decided on our course of action and bought the equipment they came out and set it all up. Then spent the time explaining all the ins and out of operation. They did not leave until all our questions were answered. They were amazing from start to finish.
