The agents did a great job installing and leveling the TV as well as setting up the streaming service. Both agents were courteous and they were efficient and quick.

The agents did a great job once they saw I wasn't about to buy their tv mounts which cost more when I had already purchased the ones I wanted to use which had more functions to it & was cheaper.

Agent did a great job setting up my T.V. He was very neat a d explainec every thing he was doing. Took his time with me to make sure l understood what he was doing. He gave me his cell number, so if l had any questions or prblems with my T.V. he said he would help me. Best Buy went out of there way to make sure l was happy with my purchase.
