The service was first class and the tv looks awesome! The agents taught us how to use it, and showed us the features of the tv. We couldn’t be happier!

The television is great, a couple small add-ons needed to be purchased to adapt my Bose system and cable to get the best sound and picture. The G squad guys were great and professional with the installation and removal process and setup.

Nadal did an outstanding job. I purchased a 77" LG OLED CX. He and Rickie took their time, actually had me sit in my chair so he could mark the height and got everything level and perfect. Then, if that wasn't enough, both Nadal and Rickie set up all of my apps, made sure my remote worked everything and even set my cable remote to operate with Radio Frequency so we could put the cable box out of the way and have the remote still work! Don't listen to the "experts" who tell you not to get Geek Squad Total Tech Protection. $50 for them to come and do this is well worth it! Take a bow Nadal and Rickie, you've earned it!!!!!!

Mike and the other team member did an excellent job. They took their time explaining how to operate the new tv.

Best Buy Geek Squad called in to hang TV on wall. Guys were careful with working over furniture, cleaned up after they finished and even set up the remote control to toggle between Apple TV and cable box. Will call back again.

The geek squad mounted all of my TVs. We are pleased with the work they did. They had to mount a bracket on our fireplace and did a great job. I would totally use them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent, competent, friendly service. The Geek Squad was a delight to work with. Thank you! (Not a comment on the individuals who came to our house, but the delivery scheduling process was quite frustrating. The first time they canceled because they didn't have 2 people. Then they give a 12 hour window, 7 am - 7 pm that is narrowed to a 4 hour window last minute. The scheduling system is difficult for individuals with busy work schedules who can't be available all day.)
