I had a difficult dismantling my old system before the installers got here. They got here n Wam Bam it was up and running in no time. Definitely recommend Geek Squad install team, at least the guys that set my TV up.

The Geek Squad had my tv mounted so fast I was amazed. They even took all the packing from the tv and mount with them.

The agent delivered, unpacked and set up a new TV, connecting it to network and all services, reviewed controls with us, and took away old TV. Agent was considerate and cheerful. Good experience.

Not sure who I am giving review on... If it is Best Buy & The Geek Squad and Total Tech Support staff think I Love them! Always there. Always helpful. Not so happy with third party contracted out individuals. On the two occasions they came to my house, first to install the 75” Hisense TV, and second, to correct a sagging mount, they were not nearly as friendly or helpful. First visit, was told to expect them to help setup TV and show me how to operate. Problem was internet services guy was late, and installing their service while TV was being mounted. If the TV installers had waited just five mins, they would have had the time to finish their job by completely setting the TV up for me (this is my first Smart TV & I knew nothing about them) and they could have finished the service that I expected to receive. But they ran out the door as soon as they could, w/no explaining. Then today, because TV was drooping to the right so bad, and I had to wait for several weeks to get another set of contracted guys to come out, it was even worse. The main guy had to keep calling “someone” sending pics and asking how to do the job. They made a mess, physically, because they had to reposition the mount, drilling several holes, scratching paint off my wall where they kept “dragging” the edges of the TV along the walls, didn’t have to correct tools, (I had some I loaned them), took FOREVER, and when they so called “finished” it was no better than before! I had worked for days positioning the modem, cable box and power supply strip so they could be mounted to the back of the TV w/only the cable cords showing and they were supposed to put a cable cover on, which I provided. Too long of a story, but they made a Complete MESS of the cables when they reattached everything to the back and the TV still dropped on the right side. All the work, time, and mess for nothing! When I gently complained, they just said, “that’s the way it would have to be.” I starred at them as they flipping said, “Is there anything else we can do, because we need to get to our next job?” I basically said “You didn’t repair the problem you came to repair,’” and then I watched them turn, say goodbye and walk out the door! I stood in shock for a few mins - then called Best Buy’s Total Tech Support guys, told them everything that happened and they have promised to get someone else to come and take care of this situation. I am trusting that they will.

Man, 4 guys came out to install the 100" tv and it was free! They did a great job and took away the packaging. No mess (just had to run vacuum for yiny debris; no big deal)

I was extremely pleased with the service. Very professional and courteous techs and were very helpful. Joshua with Geek squad and Ivan with Mas Tek did very detailed work and they should be rewarded for their good representation of Best Buy Geek squad services.

These guys are fantastic, i can mount a tv just fine but they do it fast, they do it right, and with totaltech it didnt cost me a penny

The new tv only needed the base screwed on. The tv was placed in ab edroom cabinet and the cable and power cords plugged in. There was no wall mounting. This took about five minutes.

The Geek Squad agents were very professional. The completed mounting the new TV to the wall. They also mounted a second TV that they moved rather than the scheduled stand addition. Excellent job.

I had a 65n inch LG TV mounted buy two of the geek squad guys and they were fantastic. They not only did a wonderful job they were also incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend their service
