Delivery was later than the window they originally quoted me the day before that's why only 4 stars. Once they got to my house they were pretty good. Installed my new tv and moved my older tv to another room. Clean, wore their masks and were happy to explain how to use the remote on the new tv.

The convenience of the mounting Frame is a big plus. It allows you to tilt the monitor in any direction to suit your audience.

The geek squad mounted our new TV in our bedroom. They were very professional, very neat and very informative. When the job was finished and all our questions answered they made sure the room was left as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.

Agent never installed cable inside wall. He left stating he had a busy schedule and I need to make another appointment for that. Manager called me back approximately a month later and said he wanted to make it right. I was out of town at the time. I called back and texted back after my trip and never got any response.

Big shout out for the Agent who came today for mounting the TV. He has great knowledge, pleasant personality and super helpful. Would love to have him visit again if any other problem arise. :)

The two installers were on time and very professional! They worked quickly and got the TV and other equipment set-up very quickly. I really appreciated it when they agreed to go pick up different wall mounts when they noted the current mounts would not hold the new TVs!

The crew that came out was very good. They mounted my TV to the wall and set up everything to my satisfaction. It took over a month to get an appointment. But nobody wants to work anymore.

The crew came in and set the mount as we discussed and cleaned up after themselves. I had it go into a rock wall and the peace of mind to have a professional do this was worth it.
