Agent never installed cable inside wall. He left stating he had a busy schedule and I need to make another appointment for that. Manager called me back approximately a month later and said he wanted to make it right. I was out of town at the time. I called back and texted back after my trip and never got any response.

i had 2 of the nicest technicians come in to mount and set up my samsung Q8F television. they also programmed a universal remote for my new dvd player and receiver. they spent a lot of time teaching me about all the features of my new system. it was very helpful.

The agents did an excellent job mounting our TV. They were friendly, very helpful, and willing to work with us on the exact position that would serve us the best. Very pleased with product and service. Would highly recommend.

But seriously, my dear husband loves to fix/install/mount/attach/build everything himself. We just bought a house and the day after closing, he had to leave for the Army. I booked the TV mounting service for above the fireplace since there was NO way I was going to risk doing this with my two small children around, but I admit, I was skeptical. It seemed silly that a "handyman service" for mounting could cost $250 plus the cost of an actual mount. Especially since the hubby could manage it for free. However, I now proudly recommend them to any and every military spouse out there, and anyone else for that matter. Justin, my Geek Squad Agent, was quick, witty, and extremely knowledgable. It was well worth the expense to have him come out and do it for us, and now our TV is perfectly centered, perfectly angled, and professionally mounted. And yes, my husband really is happy we chose them.

The Geek Squad mounted my 85” TV with wireless cable box and two gaming systems. Everything looked and operated perfectly when they were done. And, they were in and out again quickly. Thank you for another job well done, Best Buy!

Tb connect was great, we got wireless wall connect and geek squad agent dug a hole in wall and fixed all for us.. they have extra HDMI cable and optical cable for purchase incase u need it. Very fast and safe service. J am never mounting my tv myself again

The Geek Squad arrived and mounting the TV quickly. They vacuumed all dust and debris afterwards, and help to install apps on TV

The technician came at the correct time, was very proficient in setting up our TV, and it was an enjoyable experience all together.

Mitch & Dizzy were here during the promised timeframe; they were friendly, professional, and efficient. The unit was securely installed, as was the flat screen to the unit. They explained what they were doing and instructed us on how to properly adjust the mount.

My wife and I purchased the LG 86"LED tv, The Geek Squad installed it and it is perfect! The picture is clear the sound is great and the Geek Squad's installation was level and they answered all of my questions. Thank you!!!

The guys were quick and helped with the cable set up. Took two to mount them one went to another job while the other did his part.

I had a few issues with scheduling but the set up itself was done quickly, quietly and have had zero issues from the TV and peripherals

Mounting went well. Third party installer couldn't complete the install and mounting, but Geek Squad came back and installed everything correctly.

The guys that came and installed and hung our televisions were nothing short of awesome. The cleaned up after themselves and were good to explain what they were doing and how to operate the televisions after they were finished. I highly recommend them.

Geek Squad installed/mounted our TV to our brick fireplace wall, and did so in a prompt and professional manner, by explaining every step of the process. They respectfully wore their PPE the entire time and did so with no complaints.

Agent set up the TV to both streaming and cable box. Professional job. Was able to handle all issues presented.
