“Wishy Washy” on types of services rendered. Inconsistent. The television was mounted according to location I request. He offered to install something for a means of getting TV to electric outlet. Why didn’t he set up the Roku, when asked? I am handicapped, can’t walk.

The Geek squad mounted a TV that we moved from another home in our Bedroom. It was a 65" TV and they did a great job of mounting and connecting it. Even did a little trouble shooting when the cable TV did not want to fire up properly!

I'm so pleased with my "on the wall" TV installation. I didn't put it up myself, but had the Geek Squad do it, since I'm very short. The TV mounting is strong and completely hidden behind the TV. I'm very happy with it!

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment! The agents took care in mounting the tv, providing consult for best placement in my living room, how to use and adjust as needed, reviewing common FAQs and how to clean tv as well. in and out in 25 minutes - great service. Thank you!

The two young men who mounted the new TV and moved the older TV to a new location did a great job and were very professional. They answered all of our questions and were done and gone quickly.

Geek Squad arrived on time and treated my home as they would their own. The crew was very friendly and professional. All care was taken installing my large 85” tv. They recommended a better TV mount than I had and I agreed. The install was high quality and efficient. TV was set up after install. I was also amazed how Best Buy was on top of everything. Glad I chose the installation package.

The Tech's that came were amazing. They did a PERFECT job. Explained how to use the TV and cleaned up everything. I would recommend to everyone!
