Excellent service. Everything was explained clearly on what needed to be done and how long it would take. Upon picking up the computer they clearly explained everything that was done and demonstrated key features of the new computer.

The agents were knowledgeable, helpful and respectful of my home.

The 2 gentlemen from Geek Squad were on time and they even called 15 minutes ahead. They installed 2 TV on the wall with absolutely no damage to the walls. They were clean and cleaned up after they were through. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

We had the geek squad mountt our tv and connect to tv box. The tv miunt is great and having a box to connect all the stuff that needs connecting is great. Just wish the great salesperson who helped us in the store told us about the box and size of it.

Geek Squad mounted and installed with existing wall mount with no problem. Only issue was trying to synch old soundbar without HDMI. Agent tried his best to find a code that would connect soundbar to TV but without success.

TV was installed, hooked up worry free. Installer also gave many useful suggestions to optimize my viewing entertainment. No hassles or worries about pinching the screen for damaging an expensive investment

The service guys arrived early and were in and out in 30 minutes. They were quick and accurate. Set things up perfectly. Tested connections and I feel super comfortable with my TV mounted. They did an amazing job!

Best thing I did three years ago was get total tech with Best Buy. They helped me throughout a hack by an ex friend and always there when stuff is not working.

Both men were timely, had great attitudes and hustled. They were competent and tech savvy as well! Other items on their truck were offered to us, which we purchased. A very convenient process. I would hire these two men again. Both get an A+!

Both gentlemen did a great job installing both TV’s onto the walls. There was a hiccup which is being taken care of so overall, I’m very pleased and they accomplished all the work that needed performed in a timely manner.
