Service window was 7 am to 1 pm. Geek squard arrived at 9:15 am. The two gentlemen were curtious, professional & knowledgeable. TV was hung and cleanup was done by 9:45. Very pleases.

My two Geek Squad agents were friendly, competent professionals who added to the value of the service with their knowledge and recommendations. I was totally satisfied with the results. This was my fourth utilization of the Geek Squad and all have turned out excellent.

The two installers that came out to hang our tv did a great job. They noticed right away we needed a different mount because of how our outlet was placed which they sent someone to get. They were here for 2-3 hours, worked great together and centered it perfectly on the wall.

Two techs showed up. One that I remember from a previous mounting. Very professional and got right to it on a Friday afternoon. Took my mount out of the box that I purchased from Amazon and assembled it and mounted my 65 in. Took about 30 mins.

The two installers that came out to do this installation were fabulous! They were friendly, professional, and explained what they were going to do every step of the way. As far as the work performed, they did a great job considering all the complications that came up.

Very neat and asked questions to assure the finished installation met our needs. Wrapped up the numerous wires so they did not dangle below the set. Made certain our streaming channels were signed into correctly and that we knew how to use the features.

The crew quickly unpacked the 2 devices for mounting my large TV and the sound bar. It didn't take them long to mount the bracket and run the wiring. Setup the sound bar just as easily. In and out within an hour. Courteous, skilled and knowledgeable.

Two Geek Squad guys showed up on time with everything that they would need to hang my new 65" Hisense TV. The combination of the boxed TV and the Sanus full motion wall mount would have been pretty overwhelming for one person, but I was impressed just watching them work. Once the TV was up on the wall, one of the "Geeks" set about syncing my streaming services with the new TV and making sure that everything was satisfactory with me. Great, great, service.

A great decision to buy this mount at an affordable price. The Geek Squad did all the work and they were outstanding in setting up my new TVand mounting it on the wall.
