The techs that came to my home knew exactly what to do. They asked me a couple of questions to understand my needs and then they went straight to work. They were quick and efficient. I am looking for other things around the house I can have them do.

The money spent to have my television set up and programmed by a professional was well worth it!. The men knew their stuff and were very professional. They explained everything to me, cleaned up everything and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. They were great!

The Geek Squad personnel were fast and efficient. All our questions were answered. Extremely nice people (and smart).

The install guys were very patient with the installation. It did cause them some problems since it was an exterior wall. But they stuck with it, didn't get upset or flustered and did a great job. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it.

We have had them out for multiple installs at this point and they even went out of their way to help me get some items that were out of stock at their location to make sure I had all my stuff set up in time for my house warming party! Much appreciated!

The guys were phenomenal!! So professional and always maintained the necessary social distancing and COVID-19 precautions. They arrived on the early side of the time window given, which was also really appreciated. I also received a phone call from one of the techs prior to their arrival with there exact ETA, which I found to be extra considerate. Another thing is we had misplaced the “one connect” cable for the Samsung tv they mounted and they were extra patient with us while my husband and I searched the house for it. Luckily, we found it. Over all, I give an outstanding review of the services provided and would highly recommend Geek Squad to friends and family. The price is very competitive as well and the techs that came were excellent and very professional! Highly recommend!

the agents came and quickly mounted my tv. They triple checked before actually mounting to make sure we were in agreement on the location of the tv. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and will use them again!

The agent's was on time they were Wearing all PPE to keep safe they did a excellent job mounting my tv and cleaning up when done I was very impressed with there overall performance well done I will definitely be using geek squad again

The gentlemen who installed our TV were excellent. Very positive, helpful, provided good information about the TV and it's setup and how to use it. They even checked back twice to see if everything was ok.

The Geek Squad tech, Sean, is an ASSET to the Best Buy's Geek Squad team!!! He was extremely professional, thorough, and installed our TV with such great care. This is my first time using Geek Squad and honestly it has been a wonderful experience. Sean is also very knowledgeable about TVs, its setup, and associated settings. We has multiple questions and he answered all of them in detail. Sean knows his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised he knew so much. He even followed up with us to make sure we are having a great experience with our TV and everything is working per our expectations. Simply put, Sean is the BEST, and I MEAN, THE BEST, technician we have come across!! Best Buy, you need to give Sean a raise!! :)
