This adjustable TV mount was installed by the geek squat for free since I have Total tech. I’m using it for 65” TV but it can be used with TVs up to 84”.

We are in our eighties. You were so helpful efficient and courteous. Our installation was upstairs...you people carried thenewTV up set it up and then carried the old "heavy" TV down the stairs. We are so pleased...thank you

Our neighbors across the street had a fantastic experience with Geek Squad the beginning of this year. Our window was 8 am-noon. I got a call not long after 8 am from Agent Tim to let me know he would arrive in an hour. He was right on time, as was his partner Agent Brad. Professional, courteous, intelligent. Very helpful (and patient!!) with me and my questions. Gave detailed explanations on how they would do the work and mounting, made sure I sat in various spots in the room to be sure about where we wanted the tv mounted, height, etc. Prompt in doing their work, cleaned up after themselves. This experience with Geek Squad will have us coming back to Best Buy first for future electronic needs. Great job!

Agent removed the old TV and using the using the existing mount mounted the new TV on the wall with no issues
