The two techs called me an hour prior to the appointment to confirm everything. When they arrived they were super nice and professional. They answered all my questions and were very helpful in giving advice on where to hang my television on the wall. Great employees!

Great tv for a great price. All the bells and whistles and great picture and sound. Geek Squad did a great job hanging in my master bedroom.

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

The two guys I had made a great team! They worked together perfectly.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my devices. They demonstrated how to use the remote. They cleaned up all dust and dirt generated by drilling and securing the TV mount.
