The guys mounted my 3 TV's were very nice and professional but I thought I needed a new rack but I DID NOT. I ended up spending $60.00 on a new rack I DID NOT NEED :(

Normally I’d put the TV up but I’ve been busy and just wanted to get the bracket and TV up. Glad I used the Geek Squad. Kind, fast and knew all the ends and outs of hocking up and setting up the Samsung QLED Smart TV I purchased. No stress setup!

It is a big tv and the squad was able to put it up fairly easy and quickly

This is the greatest tv wall mount that you could ever buy. It’s awesome because it holds up to a 95 inch tv so if I want to upgrade in the future to a bigger tv I can without buying another stand.

The installers, who were a subcontractor to BestBuy, were on time, efficient and very personable. They were very helpful in connecting the TV and setting up the remote.

GEEK SQUAD did a excellent job and with an additional kit mounted my sound bar to the TV that's wall mounted .made for a clean setup very pleased with the adjustments that you can make with TV mounted up and down tilt side to side adjustments everything you would want in a mounting bracket. they were very personable and professional in their work things that we thought we might use and were not used were returned by GEEK SQUAD and I received credit for them . instruction was given on how everthing worked TV ,sound bar and any questions were answered to our satisfaction . could have not went any better .

I had 3 TVs mounted and while one was not up to par, Best Buy went out of their way to not only make it right, but to reassure me it would never happen again. No Business is perfect and to me what matters most is the Accountability! Thank you Best Buy.

I purchased Samsung 70” T.v. I also had it installed by a man named Carl. He did a great job installing everything for me he went out of his way and was very respectful and professional.

Richard is a perfectionist! He doesn’t leave until everything is working as it should. He had to re-do some work that someone else had done and spent as much time as necessary to make it perfect. I highly recommend him!

Jeff and D'andre were the specialists assigned to do the install of my new tv and surround sound system. The work they did was really top notch and I was impressed with both their friendliness and problem solving for setting things up exactly how I wanted it.
