The Geek Squad employees that installed the TV were professional and knew what they were doing. They installed the TV quickly and explained how it operated. GREAT service!

Professional Installation. Quck and Easy. Worth the money

Two gentlemen came to our house hung a TV on the wall and demonstrated TV functions and left ; and you would never know anyone had been in the house except that a TV was hanging where a TV was not B4 no mess and cable had to be inserted thru the wall.

It’s worth having having these kits and tvs installed with the wide sides and weight.

The gentleman who mounted my TV was great. Very personable and friendly. He was quick to install and mount the TV. Even went out of his way to help me get the old one back. I was impressed he could mount the 86 by himself.

The Installation crew began by asking to review my expectations for the service call. They listened and asked for added clarification as needed. After installing the new TV they reviewed operating systems.

The Geek Squad Team installed our new Samsung 75" ultra HD TV and new DVD player. They did a very neat and perfect installation of the TV. Connected and tested everything, and then spent 20 minutes showing us how to operate everything . Terrific and very personable service.

The team that came to do our mount were great. The showed up on time were very clean in their work and even with an older home and above fireplace mounting situation figured out a safe and secure way to get my TV mounted.

I met all members of the Geek Squad on installation day as there were several projects they addressed. All three were knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to assist.

We bought a new, larger TV and at installation time we discovered we could not use the old mounting. The Geek squad installers had brought along a new one, just in case, and it was just what we needed.

I’m using this to hang a 65” LG OLED in my bedroom. Mount really makes the TV look a lot sharper versus the factory stand. Mount allows me to gain easy access to my inputs/outputs. Have 2 of these in my house and plan to get another soon for my guest room.
