I’m using this to hang a 65” LG OLED in my bedroom. Mount really makes the TV look a lot sharper versus the factory stand. Mount allows me to gain easy access to my inputs/outputs. Have 2 of these in my house and plan to get another soon for my guest room.

Geek Squad guys were great. The crew that came out were knowledgeable and clean. Had my 77” tv installed in no time at all. They went through setup helping me with settings to get best picture. Would definitely use them again.

Worth it. I wouldn’t have been able to do myself in the time they did. Do recommend having a certified Geek squad installer do it. Nothing bad towards 3rd party but in setting up the Geek squad returned to help set up and teach me some tricks

Geek Squad service is phenomenal. I have high expectations for client service personnel and the were spot on. They were respectful of being in my home. They were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about them.

They mounted my tv and connected it to the cable box and an old dvd/vcr player I have. They set up the tv and made sure everything worked. They showed me how the remote worked and set up my tv with my wifi too.

Robert and Nate did an awesome job connecting our TVs They set up an Amazon Fire Tv and did some troubleshooting on a Samsung TV that wasn’t recording to the TiVO. Very respectful and professional.

The guys who mounted my TV were personable and tried to and tried to help I had just moved and I requested that all my devices be linked. All they had to do was mount the back part of the mount on the wall because the other part of the mount was still attached to the TV. It took them about 30 minutes and I was charged $200 and I am a Total Tech member. The previous TV was still under warranty and fortunately they saw the line in the TV and scheduled it for repair. When the gentleman came to mount the new TV. He was able to sync the devices in 15 minutes. He discovered that these two old ladies were using the wrong password. Mind you, I was charged $80. Why? I thought they provided total tech members with technical support. They solved the simple password problem and we were good to go. Really! Eighty dollars? So many things occurred on my total tech membership. I just bought a new laptop in September and have yet to receive the case I purchased but was not in stock. I used to love Geek Squad but I was never charged an arm and a leg for services and they yet we know longer her good service. I understand the associates are not to blame, corporate it. They changed total Tech much to the dismay of it customers because it simply did not matter what they thought. Corporations must make all the money and I must pay for them. I am so utterly disappointed!

Geek Squad arrived when scheduled and reviewed what had to be done and started right in and had the the unit installed and provided instructions on operation. They cleaned up all packaging and informed us to contact them is we had problems. Very Professional.

Spending the money for Geek Squad installation is one of the best presents I can give to my husband. Everything is done properly, the mess is cleaned up, and it works as it is supposed to. In addition, there’s no need to read manuals and no nagging from me.

The agents came on the promised date to hang my TV on the wall. The job was meticulously done in relative quick time. After hanging the TV up on the wall, the agents also hooked up the TV to the cable box and made sure everything was working correctly and that I understood the technological lingo before they left. Upon leaving, they took out the empty TV box and disposed of it. This is the third TV which the Geek Squad have hung up for me and I have no complaints about their workmanship. I am a happy Best Buy customer. Thank you so much to Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

Geek Squad Team did a great job installing my new TV and explaining things as they were going through the process. Also kept me informed of their arrival time and were very professional throughout the install.
