One professional person hung my new Sony TV without any issues

The mount is perfect and align with the wall and has multiple oppurtunity to position the Tv

The installation of my 75 inch Sony was done to perfection. The two men were very friendly and efficient. They were knowledgeable in what needed to be done. They also hooked up my surround sound. Everything was done to my satisfaction before they left.

The tech that mounted our tv did a great job; he did a fantastic job on the mount and was very knowledgeable about set up of the tv and he was able to answer all of our questions.

The Geek Squad installers unboxed and removed old tv from mount. And installed new one and programmed everything.

No comment.No mounting done or needed I was charged $250.They nerely hooked up my tgcan wouldn,t give my debit card a credit.They mailed me a $50 gift card which I doubt I,ll ever use.

TV was installed by Geek Squad team. Team was friendly and worked well together safely. Installation went well.

First group was OK. Helped me get it so Chrome display would Cast to TV. Second trip guy was totally great. He really knew his stuff and helped me get an HDMI connection between the TV and my computer so I could display my trip photos. First group didn't seem to have a solution for that. Had to have the second trip because the thin mount sold to me was too thin for the plug end to fit behind the TV into the wall outlet behind the TV. So, had to have second trip to remove the thin mount and replace with the deeper one. Also, even though I said I wanted the sound bar hung, the salesman did not sell me a mount for that so the second Geek did that. Cannot praise #2 enough although #1 was OK.

Best Buy installed the mount and tv quick and easy. I had a great experience and would hire them to install again.

Tv is great. I had one installed by total tech and it went smoothly. Got a second one for another room. A third party came & they were terrible, he said he couldn’t mount the tv so I had to do it myself.

Knowledgeable, hard/fast working, neat and everything done perfectly! Very pleased with all aspects of the installation process!!

Geek Squad installed our 82" Samsung QLED 4K UHD, HDR and Sound Bar System in our great room. He also came back a month later to calibrate the TV and it made a world of difference in picture quality and sound compared to factory default settings.
