Satisfied with the mounting of the tv. Dustin ensured that it was placed in the space that I requested. They showed up at the time they indicated and took care of the installation in a timely manner.

Two things I was disappointed with the installation. The first is that the installation technicians took my packaging box with them after I asked them not to. They initially put the box behind my sofa and when they left I didn’t notice that they took it with them. I really wanted it for future transportation purposes. The second issue was that the technicians didn’t start the mounting screws by hand before they used an impact drill to speed the tightening of the screws, which I question if using an impact drill is a good idea. Hopefully, when I upgrade this product in the future the screws and internal nuts aren’t cross threaded. My trust and excitement disengaged my reasoning and responsibility.

This was my first interaction with the team mates from the Geek Squad. First impression was consummate professionals. From start to finish, what a pleasant experience the entire process was. Nothing was left for me to do. I was even going to vacuum but, they beet me to it. Old TV removed, new one hung, including sound bar, instructed me how to use, answered questions, programmed everything and made sure everything was hooked up and working. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The installer was super quick and knew exactly what he was doing, which gave me confidence that my large TV wouldn't be pulling out of the wall and falling. If you are trying to mount a large TV yourself with a friend, rethink that, and have Best Buy install!

I bought a Samsung TV for my wife's new home office and the installation service. I also had to pick up a new cable box for the room. I must commend the techs, Marty and Carlos, for surpassing my expectations. During the installation, they found that the cable company assigned the wrong box to my account. They were able to determine this when the TV failed to operate after the installation. They patiently communicated with the company and completed the installation. I thought I was going to have to arrange a service appointment with the cable company before we would be able to watch the new TV. My wife and I sincerely appreciated this since we were having guest that weekend. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Marty and Carlos who put the customer first. I just want to thank them for taking the extra steps to complete the installation so we had the TV available for our guests.

The guys that mounted my TV did an excellent job. They were in and out in less than an hour and cleaned up after themselves.
