I had 3 different appointments to install tv’s in my new home. They were all installed and mounted and everyone worked as a team to help. They were quick and made sure everything was in its place.

I was a little nervous as I had a non-standard installation, but the techs did a great job. Very respectful of my property too. Highly recommend.

Hayden did a fabulous job. Polite. Responsive. Fast. He trained me well and showed off all the features. Tanner assisted and was equally helpful.

The crew took care of everything; disconnecting the old, reconnecting the new.

The Geek Squad technicians had to dismount our old flat screen TV from its place on the TV stand and mount up the new one. All done without a hitch!

The two gentlemen who installed my 65inch LG tv were very professional. The tv was installed on my wall quickly with no issues. The guys cleaned up and took the time to show us how to use the tv and set everything up.

The agents really knew what they were doing setting up my new The Frame TV. It was much trickier than I could have handled. They were also a wealth of information about which speaker should go where and what other components I could use to get the ultimate movie experience. They were quick and efficient. Friendly and neat....you could not ask for more!

Very pleased with the installation of the Samsung TV. The 2 geek squad techs (James and Joe) were very knowledgeable, professional; careful how they handled my house and furniture, and did the installation quickly. They made sure everything was explained on using the new TV as well andr worked with the TV ( cable box, wifi, etc.). would highly recommend them.

Geek squad came in a timely fashion and was very professional. Mounted tv outside and made sure sound bar was working properly. Couldn't ask for a better job. Nate and Gil are awesome very knowledgeable about equipment.

The technicians that mounted the tv were on time, took time to not bring any dirt into the house, put on their shoe covers immediately, were efficient in their time management and professionally went through the setup after the mounting was done

Best Buy always sets the best standard when it comes to ordering a television granted I had to wait for a little bit to get it in, but once the product came in, everybody was very professional to set up as Kwik and the installers were very informative on information
