The two Geek Squad people that came out to install our new TV were very professional and gave me some great information on speakers and what to look for if I decide to upgrade mine.

Fantastic service. Brought TV to second floor unpacked and setup. Took packaging and old TV with them when they left. Service with a smile.

This is the third tv I’ve had installed by geek squad and as long I purchase TVs from Best Buy I’ll have them mounted by geek squad. The crew who installed my 85” Samsung were on time. Explained everything to me and treated my apartment with respect. They took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable with them in my apartment while the covid-19 pandemic continues. They made sure I was happy with the placement and explained how to fully utilize the adjustable tv mount I purchased. They made sure to setup the tv and explain the remote and features of my new 85” Samsung television. They put everything back in its place when finished and were done in a very timely manner which I appreciated. Always satisfied with Geek Squad service.

The guys were so fast knowledgeable and informative. Very happy with my tv install and wall mounting.

The Geek Squad techs were very professional and on time however there were considerable issues connecting to my various components. Two separate trips were required to complete the work.

I paid the extra money to have the BestBuy installation team come and install my son's new smart TV and full swivel mounting bracket and it was the best money spent. I didn't have to worry about getting someone to install it and they stand by their work.

David was great! He arrived on time, notified us when he was on the way. Covered his shoes before walking on our floors, install was quick, he was patient and knowledgeable. David took his time explaining every detail, wonderful experience!

All of Best Buy’s representatives were great! Had a very good experience with all of them. Installed in timely manner, pleasant, answered questions and reviewed how to work everything.

Geek Squad did an amazing job with their TV mount install. Also, were able to provide me a sufficient amount of information regarding having your TV mounted. Overall, I'd highly recommend to everyone. Job well done!

Perfect install by Geeks Strongly recommended as long as Geeks come to do job. Do not recommend 3rd party folks because they had no clue what they were going to do.

Everything was great but the price. It does not pay to have Geek Squad services like it used to. I probably will not renew.

The guys were on time and very professional! They were able to install without any issues and reattach all my devices to the tv! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! It saved me time and effort by having them do it and having it done correct!
