I've had some "just OK" installation experiences with Best Buy, but this last installation experience was just perfect. The installers showed up on time, were neat and tidy during the job and with the clean-up, and went the extra mile to make sure the installation was perfect. I had an existing mount that was being reused. Rather than just slapping the new TV on the existing mount as-is, they noticed that the location of mount would result in the new TV being a little too high as compared with the TV being replaced. They took their time, removed the mount, reinstalled it at the better height, tested it and then hung the new TV. Once the new TV was installed, they waited for the updates to finish, made sure it was working properly, showed me how to use it, then left. So, they could have been in and out in 15 minutes, but instead took an hour and a half to do the job right. Very impressed.

I already had a suitable mount installed by myself and internal wires upgraded to HDMI 2 (3) and Ethernet plus a USB for no good reason than I did not want to open the wall up again. I had no trouble removing my 55" Samsung but since I live alone I figured I should let the guys install my new 85" LG so I would not have to A) Get help and B) Induce pressure marks on the screen from mishandling. It was over in about 15 minutes... 12 minutes for unboxing and 3 minutes to hang the TV and set it up. (I use my TV as a Monitor and do not have Cable TV) The guys even mentioned they did not have to program WIFI since I had provided Ethernet to the TV. A pleasant if somewhat pricey install.

They showed up right on time and took care of everything quick and easy. Everything looks great and works perfect!

Justin and his assistant came to my home to mount 2 tv's and connect all of my cables. They did an excellent job and were very professional and helpful with making sure that I was completely satisfied.

The tech kept us up-dated on arrival time. He had everything he needed and installed the TV. He was very neat, asked if we had any questions and wished us a good day. Very professional and proficient.

This was my first time using the geek squad they were punctual, they mounted my 65 inch TV on my wall, it was an excellent job, l would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family

Thanks to the Geek Squad I did not have to endure the hassle of mounting my new tv and setting it up. They also installed a security system for me. Very polite gentlemen and careful to wear shoe covers when going in and out of the house. I appreciated that.

Showed up to the house on time, with great care to protect my flooring and TV. Get it up right where I wanted it with no issues. Great piece of mind to know it is been mounted by pros, stable and secure.

The agent installed the mounting hardware, mounted the TV, and connected all our devices. The time taken was very appropriate. There was no mess to clean up after the agent left. Excellent job and professional in every sense.

The geek squad that came was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in doing his job. He took his time, and didn’t rush. But unfortunately the TV is mounted too high. It’s hurting my neck.
