The quality of the mount job Marco and his team performed was absolutely top notch. Their suggestions on how to mount and run cables were perfect. Their dedication to making it incredibly functional and aesthetically pleasing was inspiring. These guys know what they're doing.

Geek squad was great, however a wire is hanging down from under the tv. Its just peeking out on the bottom. Im going to have to tape it to the tv

They did a very good job hocking up my Tv. But when it came to hooking up my receiver. They did it really fast and although they ask me if I had any questions, I didn't really know what to ask. After they left I had to figure out how to program other stuff myself. But overall they did ok.

I was concerned with not mounting my new TV correctly. I’v heard tales of TV’s falling and ruined walls, so I decided to go with the Geek Squad. I was not disappointed. Very professional, answered all of our questions, and was finished in a timely fashion.

Justin was our geek squad technician. I had read bad reviews about the Morehead city Best Buy. I live in Raleigh but have a second home in Atlantic Beach. I was extremely pleased with the in-store service helping select my television, Chris assistant manager helped me. My install by Justin geek squad was excellent!!! Fast, efficient, and explained functions on both TVs installed. I bought the wrong wall mount for one of the televisions and Justin had a better one on the truck. Justin also recommended and set up eero mesh network for my existing Internet and got that functioning better. He recommended the best Roku streaming device for a third older television that I went back to the store and purchased. I could not be happier with my service.
