THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MOUNTING THE WALL MOUNT AND TV AND SOUND BAR. YOU NEED A WAY TO CONTACT HIM FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT COME UP.

Geek Squad agent polite and courteous. Installation did not take long and cleaned up area before leaving. He also took box and all packing materials tv came in. Agent hooked tv up to cable TV and showed us how to search and find channels/shows/apps.

I was hesitant at first to pay someone to install my TV, and expected some sub contracted service to do the work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 best buy employees show up. They immediately put on shoe coverings and got to work! They were very polite and knowledgeable and provided their input on where to mount the TV, but ultimately left the decision to me. Before I knew it, they were finished. Based on this experience, I'd definitely consider using this service again.

The crew showed up on time got the 85 inch Sony installed perfectly. Hauled away the other TV. Very please.

I purchased "Total Tech Support" from Best Buy for a new home and it has paid for itself over and over again. The products are best in class and price and the install perfect, no regrets!

I recently purchased a 65" Samsung TV and had it delivered and setup. The gentlemen that installed was very professional in making sure everything was working to my satisfaction. He was not in a Geek Squad vehicle nor in Best Buy uniform, so my assumption is a sub-contractor with Best Buy. There was no mounting required. The picture quality is superb and far exceeds my expectations.

The agents delivered the TV, unpacked, and mounted the mount and TV to the wall, per our exact guidance. Very happy with the install service.
