The crew was professional, courteous, & thorough. The communication was great & they were on time. The help on the TV set up was helpful.

I knew that at my age, and knowledge of today's technology, that having the Geek Squad do my install was the only way to go. I used this service many years ago with another TV install and was very satisfied. This time, the guys arrived on time, and did a very professional install. They kept me informed every step of the way through it. They were honest about not needing the new wall mount purchased since I already was using a suitable wall mount for this new install. They made sure my 7.1 audio system connected correctly. They ensured my blue-ray player connected correctly. They showed me how to stream from the internet, and how to use my new voice remote control device. There was nothing they did not cover with me. Then they removed my old TV that was being replaced by his install. This is the service to have when getting a new TV.

The two gentlemen that came out did a fantastic job. The old 65" TV needed to be taken off the wall mount and they had to move the wall up slightly to get the new 85" TV in the perfect spot. They installed the TV and my new soundbar. Set everything up and was all set and ready to go in less probably about a little over an hour. Great job. Cleaned up! Absolute pleasure to have these guys in our home.

The agents did a nice job installing the TV and the mount. Everything was connected well and they explained what we needed to do. It wasn’t the installers fault but we weren’t happy that no one told us ahead of time that we had to pay extra to have the TV installed over our fireplace.

Since I have a subscription to Geek Squad the installation was less. The tram they sent were courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly and they were done in a flash. Thanks Geek Squad!

I appreciate all the extra efforts they’ve done to make this work as house were newly built but with few intrinsic flaws that posed issues with the Geek Squads! They put on their capes and they’d leaped HIGH!!!! You are AWESOME!

I’ve been very pleased with Best Buy for delivery and setup. I had a tv mounted and the team did an exceptional job and even hauled away my old tv for recycling. I’m planning another tv purchase and will definitely use again for mounting.

The Geek Squad uninstalled a non - working tv and installed and mounted the new tv with no wires hanging as was my original expectation from my in store purchase with Best Buy three weeks after original purchase. They worked well together as a team and got the job done, but charged an amount that I was told I would not be required to pay any additional fees.
