My installers were Matt Hendrix and Mike Codello, and they went above and beyond to do a terrific job and make me happy with my new TV. Along with being knowledgeable and professional, Matt and Mike were warm, friendly and helpful in every way. I will request Matt and Mike to install every TV I every buy!

The Squad installed my TV and went beyond by trying to get my new headphones to work—purchased from Best Buy same time as tv—but could not get it to work. They recommended another headphone which has worked perfectly

The technicians showed up ahead of schedule for the installation. they were helpful in providing information about the mount I selected, both pro and cons of its use. Installation was fairly quick without any problems. TV was not perfectly level, but i can live with it.
