We are not techie, so for us this service is a no brainer. I would never purchase anything the level and quality of my 65" TV without having Best Buy on hand to install it. We purchased our home 7 years ago, and Best Buy installed and hooked everything up. We had a surround sound system in the home we purchased, all the cables and wiring are all neatly bound together and out of sight behind the cabinetry. That could not have been more professional, but then they hooked up my computers, and printers, etc. They were here most of the day, but they got it all done, and we got the tutorials on how to work everything with the remotes before they left. I guarantee it's worth every penny. They were recently back in my home to install the upgraded TV and again walk us through everything. These people wear booties in your home and work in whispers to not intrude on you! They are skilled, polite, professional, and worth it!!

We purchased 2 t.v.s and wall hangers for them, yes we could have put them up . . . but it was so sweet to have the Geek Squad come and put the wall mounts up and start the set up for the t.v.s. Yes, it was worth it!

This geek squad service was great they came in hung a 75 in tv on a swivel mount. Nade sure i like the spot. They were fast, efficient, clean and friendly definitely recommend them

Th geek squad was great and efficient in installng our wall mounting arm for the living room TV! They also reviewed the settings on the TV and found it had not been set up properly so they kindly took care of the issue and the TV programs look amazing now. Highly recommend Austin and his help in taking care of our tech issues.

Geek Swuad was great. As senior citizens, we could have never hung our 65” TV. They had to come back for some adjustments and training.

The installers who mounted the TV and installed the audio equipment did a super job. Very through in explaining the function of each piece, walking me through the installation and setup of all. Couldn't of asked for better, professional service. Very pleased.
