Excellent job mounting my new Tv and bracket. Installed existing Dvr, Apple TV, comcast box, and antenna as well. Helped me install apps on my phone to use instead of remotes for Apple TV, LG TV. I would recommend this service to all my friends.

The two agents were very professional and fid their job very well. They mounted the television on a brick fireplace without any difficulty!!

As promised two technicans came to remove the set from the box, hang it on an existing mount, and connect all the wiring. No problems. They knew what they were doing.

Thae wall mount was installed fast and no mess, tv attached where I wanted it placed, all packing was removed and all devices set up

Arrive on time and mounted TV. Seemed to be in too much of a hurry and failed to see the release cord hanging too low.

We wanted them to hook up the TV directly to the router/modem with the Ethernet or HDMI (or whatever) cables that we BOUGHT from them, rather than having the TV on Wi-Fi only. They neglected that.... and they also neglected to hook up the flat "Air-TV-Antenna" thing that we also bought with the TV. We wanted everything done by them so if there were any issues we would know from the get-go. So the moral of the story is MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM DO EVERYTHING WHILE YOU WATCH, or they will take shortcuts!

Although I asked for a Geek Squad delivery, a contract delivery person was dispatched to deliver and install the TV. Since I also asked for a hall-off of my old TV which was very large and heavy and needed two strong men, they only sent 1 person. I had informed the delivery customer service in several phone calls that it would require 2 strong men. We even had to re-schedule the delivery because the first delivery person was a single woman and could not of done the hall-away alone. I’m am very disappointed that no one read the customer service notes!
