Knowledgeable and friendly install. Took time to ensure we were completely comfortable.

The geek squad were awesome! They called me in advance to advise me of the arrival time. They were on time. Removed old wall mount installed electrical outlet where tv was going to be mounted. Hooked up the sound bar mount to the LG wall mount hooked up all the cables and went over the operating system. Left the work area cleaner than it was when they started. We’re polite and professional. Would use them again for any type of installation.

The Geek Squad guy communicated very well prior to the appointment, arrived on-time, and completed the installation quickly and flawlessly. Everything worked perfectly as soon as we tried it.

Mounting these large TV's can be a little tricky. My installation proved to have a few unique issues. However, the Geek Squad guys made my install a flawless near perfect installation. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. The various other electronics in my home were all added and synchronized to function perfectly also. One unexpected thing with my installation was my Geek Squad crew's sanitizing and doing everything possible to keep me, my home, my electronics. as well as themselves sanitized and as safe as possible. Their obvious trained and practiced techniques left me with no concern or fear of spreading of COVID-19! Hats off to Best Buy and my local Best Buy store for having my crew on their staff!

Best Buy's local installer; Aaron, has done an excellent job in our home with all installs of our televisions, speakers, etc. His attention to detail and work ethic is a plus for Best Buy!
