All other installs were done properly except the one in master Bedroom was not mounted high enough. The agent asked me and I told him higher due to my dresser will be placed under TV. Had several installs that day. Didn’t check height. This agent was too busy talking and not focus
Also Install in basement cable box wasn’t mounted higher enough on back on TV. Remote doesn’t work , have to point behind TV to turn on

I should have written this review much sooner, but we moved into a new house a year ago and had too much on our plate to deal with this at the time. Right after we moved in, we had Best Buy come mount our tv. The wall where the tv was going already had a power outlet and a wall plate with coaxial and CAT6 jacks. We had asked for the mount to be installed above the wall plates and then went back to working on other things rather than standing over the installers’ shoulders to supervise that they would follow our instructions. They unilaterally decided that mounting the tv another six inches higher above the wall plates would be too high and installed it so that the arm was directly over the wall plates. The mount cannot go flush against the wall because of where they installed it and they had to take the cover off the electrical outlet to make it all work. We can’t even use the wall plates behind the tv for power and Ethernet because of how it is all set up. They also drilled what they called “test holes” to find our studs which we had to putty over ourselves. Very disappointed with the experience.

I should have installed this TV myself but a combination of the size and cost pushed me to hire the Geek Squad. Quite a mistake. We were moving into the house and I had a myriad of other deliveries and installations going on at the same time. The 2 installers came in and got right to work, I had purchased a soundbar and asked them to install that as well (50 bucks plus a 45 buck bracket). I said ok. The TV was installed, the soundbar was attached to the back of the TV but here's the kicker, they installed it facing the floor and because it was a tilt mount on the TV it faced back. Stupidity doesn't even begin to explain this. They quickly went through the remote with my wife without her having the opportunity to try for herself and see if there were any issues. Turns out the sound reverts to TV speaker over and over again and guess what because of the silly configuration those speakers are covered. When I called to complain, they said they would send the same guys out in a week to 10 days. No way. next tact, give me my money back for not installing this correctly. No, it is installed, correct? Installed but not correct!!! They finally gave us the money back for the soundbar install and bracket but that wasn't until the incident was escalated. So guess what, I ended up reinstalling 70 to 80 percent. I will never have the Geek Squad in this house again.
