The produce drawers should be able to pull out more than they do, but they work fine. I like the fact that if the door is left open the fridge starts to beep after a few minutes to let me know, however, it should swing all the way closed when I push it, instead of staying a bit open. I have to push it all the way closed to make sure it is. Looks great in the kitchen, takes weekly polishing with stainless steel cleaner. The freezer door sort of clanks when you close it because of the 2 shelves. And the butter container on the right door has a useless knob instead of some easier way to open it. Should have a tab that you just flip up. And the knob has a “lock” position. Who locks the butter compartment?

Bought a Samsung before and only lasted 4 years with problems for at least 3 plus years I had it. I don't recommend anything Samsung. Wanted a plain refrigerator that would last longer than 4 years. Good fridge so far. Only problem is ice maker doesn't shut off before basket overflows. When the freezer door is opened the lever pushes ice in bucket out to the back behind the freezer door preventing the door from being able to close properly. I manually have to shut ice maker off before it gets too full.

I give the appearance a thumbs up. Looks clean and modern with no ice maker/water dispenser in door. Love how square the fridge is, and love the handles. Only negative on appearance is the cheap looking plastic feet/bottom. However, the door will not shut on its own at all. You have to turn around to shut it, same with freezer. Luckily it has an alarm which notifies you of an open door. It's very annoying the doors and so hard to close. The shelving inside does not go all the way back. With that being said there is spaces so big a water bottle can fit thru each shelf in the back. So you can't push stuff all the way back or it will fall thru the gaps. The water dispenser drips a lot. It also arrived with a dent in the door. They are bringing a replacement. I give the appearance a thumbs up, but the functionality a thumbs down. All though sometimes you sacrifice for looks, which is what I did. My LG I had no complaints with, it worked GREAT, but the looks weren't there. You loose some you win some!

We wanted a refrigerator which didn't have a water dispenser. This fit the bill perfectly. A little pricey but in my opinion worth it. It also has the perfect depth so it doesn't stick out.

We have had this fridge for 3 months now, and have had no issues. Love the look, feel, and function. The door open alarm has saved us a handful of times - the alarm is loud enough to alert you without being overkill. Very happy with this purchase!

Big problems during installation when the left facing door had a ding and the right facing door was warped. Since then both doors have been replaced but the right facing door does NOT fit perfectly. I would like some contact regarding our door problems.

Fridge looks good & seems to be working well with the exception of the icemaker...I have Viking service coming out to fix/replace that under warranty.

Like the item. Hard to keep fingerprints off outside. Trays on inside doors small Purchased open box. No manual included.

Plenty of storage inside despite the 24 inch depth. Very satisfied about the product!

The doors i have to get use to. but i'm adjusting. It gets nice and cold.
