    Tv is fine but software/app lay out is too much. It appears wifi range is weak as well.

    Bought an excellent open box Vizio smart TV and I contacted Vizio for a remote and they sent one out and then contacted them again because the TV will not work. no picture every once in a while you’ll get a sound or you get nothing. Customer service was wonderful though and it sending out a brand new TV and the one I bought is going back. Bought Vizio TVs in the past and didn’t have a many problems as I do with the newer ones. Wondering if they’re made with Samsung or LG faulty parts!!!

    Beautiful picture and great sound quality! Other televisions sound is very soft but this one literally is crisp and the volume is exceptional! Almost sounds surround sound like!! Excellent when gaming or watching movies.

    Absolutely the worst TV I’ve ever purchased. Replaced our small outside RV tv and the thing has a constant wheel of death. Won’t load apps, hard to connect to wifi, download apps etc…last vizio I’ll ever buy.

    breaks down in less than a year, avoid VIZIO period. No sound quality and the picture is closer to 1440p i/o 4K

    It only work 2 weeks, first start with a black line on the top part of the screen, then the image start to fade, hope it was only a problem with this tv.

    The TV seem to be good. The quality of the picture was nice. But I did not like how I was not very user-friendly. also I couldn’t load up certain apps like dIRECTV.

    Good picture, reasonable price, easy setup. Wish there was a way to download additional apps to expand my viewing choices. That was part of why I chose a smart tv. Vizio does have quite a few free tv viewing options that make this set a good buy for my purposes.

    It isn't the most impressive, not the most versatile, not the best color range, but frankly for a room with one person in it, it gets the job done. The picture looks way better than the 15 year old Plasma my mom's been using, it's way lighter so if she ever needed to move it she could. It being a Smart TV too means she can use all of her favorite apps and not need to fiddle with her aging, dying Firestick This would work for a kid, an AirBNB, your elderly parents or grandparents. It's just a simple, inexpensive TV with now glaring flaws, no real bad parts. My only real complaints are that it uses Vizio's proprietary operating system for it's Smart TV UI, which is laggy and you can't add your own apps onto it. But it does have more than enough apps that whatever service you're signed up for should be on there. The built in speakers are also very tinny, light, no bass, and the "Surround X" function is so dang loud you can hear it through the entire house. Mom's room in the back to our front door. Overall, I give it a recommend on price alone. It's good for what it is, and that's all it needs to be if you ask me.

    The picture on this tv is gorgeous but my god the UI is horrible. When trying to scan for several new channels on antenna, if you “find new channels” it takes up to 10 minute for the process to complete to find one channel. If you stop it before it finishes you lose them all. You get free “Vizio” channels up to 1600 but yet all the local channels are after that? So you either have to scroll or enter the channel number each time you open the guide to view the local channels. The remote itself is confusing “watch freetv” sends you to live tv but then hitting it again sends you to the remote to input the numbers? Hitting home sends you to the tvs home UI so you have to remember to hit back instead. Hitting the star does nothing or shows a tv description in the guide section. Overall picture and sound is perfect and im sure the apps are too but like a phone that i expect to make calls….the tv….yeah that should be able to be a live tv without all these hurdles

    Great TV for a bargain price!

    I have an older Vizio TV in my living room and have been very satisfied in its performance, picture quality, etc. However, it wasn’t a Smart TV. I had to add a Roku to it. When I decided I wanted a TV for my bedroom, I wanted only a Vizio, I am even more satisfied with it because it’s a Smart TV and I just love the Vizio app!
