Simple installation with perfect fit. Not “top of the line” but works very well.

Very satisfied had this brand before and stuck with it. The only difference on the left and right side, the indentations stick out a little farther than my cupboards other than that works good.

Exactly what I needed. Came with cut out guide for measurements for the top and back. Had extra bolts. Two diff light shades. Wife loves it.

I bought this Whirlpool to replace a 10 year old over the oven whirlpool model. This model is easy to use just like the prior model. It was also easy install since it used the same wall bracket as prior model. Took me about an hour and a half to unpack, install, drink a beer and clean up. This model seems to be heat up food super well. Oddly neither Lowes nor Home depot had any over the oven microwaves that weren't super expensive. Best Busy my surprise had a better selection and matching prices than all the competitors in my city (50 mile radius). Very pleased with my purchase.

Love the fact that the fan turns on when excessive heat is detected. It still startles me for a second. It’s not loud but I’m just not expecting it. Heats quickly. We must have been in the microwave dark ages! What took our old one 35 seconds to heat only takes 25 in the new microwave.

Works as advertised. Large capacity, fits a large bird. Great price and fits in the space it was designed for.

I like whirlpool products so i might be a little biased. It works well. Its the same model as my old one, just newer and a different color. Looks nice in my kitchen.

Nice Updated Modern Design Easy to Clean Lower Watts. Lower Wattage than my previous Whirlpool Gold microwave. That one heated up things faster. I believe that was 1100 or more Watts, this one is a 1000 one, which makes a big difference. Although I tried to check, even the more expensive Whirlpool microwaves have the same Wattage nowadays. I got this because my last one was installed by the builder lasted 15 years, actually it was still working, but it was falling apart cosmetically. That one (Whirlpool Gold) had features or button layout like the one that sells for $369. I actually never used those extra features or buttons anyway. I’m impressed by the Whirlpool longevity. I say this one easier to clean because this one doesn’t have the grill outside like my last one. See my image below. I got the Total Tech, they did a good job installing. Separate story, I received the microwave with a slight dent, when they opened it. Even they were a bit surprised because they opened the box in front of me. I bought this brand new, not as an open box or anything. Overall I’m happy with the product. I wish I asked them to compensate by giving some small percentage off for the dent. Over all a good microwave, looks pretty LOL.

Definitely a great purchase. The lights have an option for bright or night light. The fan has 3 speeds and the microwave is fairly quiet when in use. Love the sleek appearance with my new kitchen cabinets.

I'm Very Happy with my new Whirlpool Microwave. My old microwave was beginning to be Unreliable so I decided to replace with a new one when Best Buy had a great sale on.

Excellent basic microwave. Doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but also does the job without breaking the bank. Also, is a very nice looking microwave. Got it on sale and used reward certificates, so was a great value.

This Microwave may look basic but it has some hidden features. The vent fan will come on when you are cooking and the temperature gets warmer. It is very easy to use, and goes well with my new gas slide in range!!

This item fits right in with my other white appliances. It has a few more features than previous microwave; such as “soften/melt”. The control buttons are marked in black on a white background, which are easier to read. The ease in purchasing was excellent. Found what I wanted on line; quick trip to store (in and out) to see actual item on display (no contact). Ordered on a Friday; picked it up at curbside on Wednesday.
