Beautiful fridge lots of space. Ice maker seems slow. Will follow up on that.

Lot of space very practical but sounds like someone is running a lawnmower in my kitchen!! I pinpointed to my bottom freezer sounds very load when compressor kicks on!! I have not yet called for a technician I’m still dealing with my brand new whirlpool stove I just bought that’s going on a secon board replacement in less than a year!!! Not the same whirlpool quality they had 12 years ago that’s the only reason I updated my appliances with whirlpool!!! When you pay 3000 dollars for a fridge you expect better

Great buy, not only is the brand a highly reliable appliance made by the manufacturer Whirlpool, it also looks good in my kitchen.

I am 100% in love with my new fridge! It is ridiculously spacious, and I can say that now with confidence. I just cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal yesterday and had no trouble fitting all the leftovers in last night. The 3 drawers in the freezer plus the extra slot for frozen pizzas are perfect for keeping me organized, and I love the extra fridge drawer. I keep all my selter cans and bottled drinks in there at the moment, which is working great. The water dispenser and ice maker work great, and I love the extra perk o being able to measure out water - I've been using it for recipes and also to fill up my water bottle.

Now in use for 2 1/2yrs and while it gets extra points for lasting longer than my previous refrigerator (lg), there are a few things here and there that take a star away. The door bins aren’t as tough as they should be - the gallon bin broke in the 1st month (cost $103 to replace it), the small bin in the left door cracked last august but not broken so I haven’t replaced it yet. I attribute the cracks/breaks to the limited space between bins but it could also be that my children are careless wonders in the kitchen. My other issue is the veggie/fruit bins don’t close tight enough, leaving gaps all around the drawer rim allowing main compartment air to flow in/out, which turns some produce bad much faster than it should. I like the drawer bin, it chills water & sodas perfectly ice cold. I do not like the plastic separators, they do their job just not well enough to like them. The freezer stores a lot of food, we love the double drawers, pizza bin in drawer pull & ice cream bin in the base! All very well thought out. Oh & I can’t forget to mention that the ice maker is Super Loud! I can’t hear the TV all the way in the living room when someone is getting ice in the kitchen - it is that loud. It’s a good thing it is quick at dropping ice or this thing would have been gone in the first week. This is a great refrigerator, the things I mentioned above are minor by comparison and why I only took away 1star. I’m still happy with my purchase, thanks BestBuy and Whirlpool.

We got this as a replacement for a very similar model Maytag fridge. It appears to be the same fridge with different handles and a different drawer set up in the freezer. The Maytag we had kept icing up on the condenser in the freezer and the fan hit the ice making a loud racket. The ice maker worked intermittently also.

We have had the fridge for a month no issues, large storage and great shelves that adjust. Only down side is there is no icemaker in the lower freezer, and stainless is not on the sides of the fridge if you have an open area like us.

We've only had this refrigerator for about a month but it's doing an excellent job. It replaced a Samsung 30 cu ft which had ice maker problems for the onset. Finally the fan motor failed and therefore the refrigerator section didn't have any air circulating and couldn't be repaired.

Love this refridgerator. Plenty of room and easy to organize. the only reason I only gave it four stars is because the measured fill is not accurate. One cup is pretty close but anything more is not

I replaced a 15 year old Kenmore refrigerator. I like the added space - the contents of the Kenmore seem to vanish inside this huge refrigerator. The THREE storage drawers in the freezer make organizing food easy.

Such a great refrigerator with a lot of space and light

I just scheduled the second repair visit on this refrigerator in 4 months. We have only had it since May 2019 and have already had more trouble with it than any other major appliance we have ever owned. The first problem, shortly after getting it is that the drawer front to the top freezer drawer (inside the freezer) kept falling off. I finally took a close look and noticed that some plastic tabs had broken off. According to the tech, these are not covered under warranty, so now we have doorless drawer with stuff sliding out all the time. Those should be covered and designed better. Then last August the ice maker slowed way down and we noticed the top food portion and the middle drawer was not cooling. It was getting down to 50. I noticed massive ice buildup behind the middle drawer. I ran most of the front panel diagnostics and found no problems. Unplugged the fridge, melted the ice, etc. Still no go. Tech came out and said its common for these to freeze up and take out a part. Part was ordered, but it took over two weeks for it to come in and be repaired. Now, 4 months later, the same thing has happened. We noticed because ice was built up so much behind the middle drawer that it wasn't closing right. So another tech person is coming monday. Search the web and you will find the freezing issues are common to this and many other models. Older refrigerators used to last me 15 years with no trouble, but quality is clearly down. It is shameful on the part of these companies to put out such shoddy products. They really should replace all of these with units that work.

We bought this fridge due to the reviews and it’s lived up to expectations so far. It is very roomy and very intuitive in its operations. The only drawback is that it does not have a tray to catch excess water that may come out when you are getting water from the fridge.

We bought this a month ago and it is still going strong. The separate drawer for fruits and vegetables is awesome. The only thing I can say is that the ice maker need to make ice a little faster. Not going to regret this purchase.

The fridge is working so far, but time will tell. My previous two refrigerators were Samsung amd LG and both only lasted two years. Once they fail, it's a nightmare getting them repaired. I hope this Whirlpool is better than the others.

The middle drawer is very handy for the majority of the daily items I use and love the separate thermostat control for it. Freezer drawers are very effective for the different packages like the pizza slot (Genius)

We bought this Whirlpool refrigerator in May 2018, we are now replacing it. One year after a piece broke off one of the glass shelves in the fridge portion, six months later one of the freezer shelves broke. Now their is an issue with the circuit board, which is a $700 fix and so not worth it to fix it! Warranty is only good fir a year and after paying close to $3K I’d expect it to last longer than 2 1/2 years. So disappointed!!! I will never buy Whirlpool again.

So far, this is a great refrigerator. Lighting is great. Every bit of interior space is organized well. Produces plenty of ice although at times it is a little loud when generating ice. All in all, my wife is extremely pleased.
