A: AnswerI am a tracfone customer and bought this phone in May. I cannot get calls to some other cell phones to connect. It either continues to ring or disconnect when they answer. I’ve been on the phone with tracfone and Samsung for hours and no one has been able to help. I question whether this phone has VoLTE on it since I can’t find it any where in any of the settings. Then I wonder if I change providers if it will work because of that. Other than that, I love this phone. Still researching who I will change to.Answered by DotE

A: Answer6gb ram but it has RAM Plus that uses virtual ram to boost it up. I do not think the RAM Plus make any difference. Actually, RAM Plus slows it down. Turn it off. Use just the hardware RAM only.Answered by utahman1971

Very good midrange budget phone for under $400
Oh I'm loving this new phone the galaxy a54 delivered my expectations the camera on this is soo good i was quite surprised for the price i paid for this i didnt expect the camera to be so great the colors are detailed and more saturated this can take clear pictures the galaxy a54 runs like a powerhouse and performance is very well i didn't have any issue with it runs smooth especially gaming but they'll be times when it starts to overheat a little but it does lack wireless charging so i have to have USB-C in order for it to charge super fast charging is unique it charges less than under an hour my phone battery percentage went 33% to about 70% in just 40 minutes i still wish there were wireless charging feature available but i love my brand new galaxy A54 i dont regret buying this product at all
