Adding the device was as simple as clicking ‘add new device’. After charging the battery and turning the unit on, it did require an update, be patient as this update took approx. 15minutes.
The camera unit was easy to install with the provided attachment hardware that provides a wide assortment of mounting options.
You can see the cellular signal strength when the battery door is open to find the optimal spot for the unit to be installed.
This unit comes with a long-lasting 14,000 mAh lithium battery connected to a built-in solar panel with a USB-C port for charging. Currently it has been installed for 5 days with only 3% of battery power used. Make sure the unit will receive sunlight to help lengthen the battery life.
Very clear color photo/video during the day however at night the pictures are black and white as seen in the pictures. The motion detection is responsive and accurate with a very minimal lag time when loading the pictures or videos.
You must pay attention to where you mount the camera as there is no activity zone settings in the app to prevent unwanted photos or videos. The app does allow you to filter out vehicles or humans. The sensitivity can be adjusted between 3 options (low, medium, high) with a detection range of 100’. The night vision range is also 100’ with infrared LED 850nm. The pictures attached are at approx. 75 feet.
This is an excellent weather resistant system with great looking hardware and very responsive given it is completely wire free. Hardware quality looks to be heavy duty for holding up to whatever mother nature throws its way.
Theft protection would be a main concern of the equipment as this unit cost a fair amount. Vosker does have a security box that would encase the unit which could be chained up as an option. The unit also has a built in GPS tracker in the unfortunate case the unit is stolen/misplaced.

My use:
I installed at our lake house which has nearby neighbors, so for us it triggers often. If I could apply a motion detection area it would allow me to have the camera ignore the neighbor’s yard.
I would also like the ability to turn detection off via the app as well. That way, when I am home, and walking around the yard, I would not get alerts. Currently I must physically walk to the unit to disable.
Kind of annoying.
Pros:
100% wire-free
Cellular
Solar
Durable
Cons:
App limitations
No ability to turn on/off remotely
No Video detection area’s
Pricey subscription service
Overall, a nice camera for a very remote location with minimal movement.
Perhaps a nice choice for the remote cabin or construction site especially where access to electricity and Wi-Fi are not possible.
But if you need to the ability to pick and choose when and what area the camera detects, or you have Wi-Fi available, then there are better options out there.
