We LOVE our 12' x 12' gazebo.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We live in the Midwest. We received our gazebo in October. We have TWO other 12' x 12' gazebos a pergola, and an octagon gazebo in our 2 acre yard. We absolutely LOVE this gazebo. It is so... perfect next to our pool. We don't have it fixed up yet due to the winter, but it is gorgeous. You can BARELY see it in the picture. I will try to upload a better picture later.

Painless build and installation
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To those of you who may have read reviews indicating hours and hours and days of construction, please read. I performed all of the pre-build steps in about 5 hours. With three friends, we built the structure and attached the roof in about 1.5 hours. All together, this was up in permanent location on Saturday at 2pm when i received the item Friday afternoon. Most of the help needed was used just to hold pieces and get things in place. Don't try to put the ceiling pieces up with two people! IT WON'T WORK! The kit came in good shape, with reasonably clear instructions. All the hardware was present, though some improvement could be made with labeling or giving them a number. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and my MANZEBO turned out better than expected!

Skeptical at first but
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It looks great. Solid structure. We put it on our paver patio so we did not anchor it down. But it’s big and heavy so should withstand most inclement weather. The shipment came in 3 heavy boxes. The day before the build do an inventory of all pieces and be sure to check all the pieces of wood. We found two pieces that had to be replaced do to being broken and chipped during shipping. The wood is not the best of quality (which during the construction you will see what I mean like chips easy, slightly warped, hes don’t always line up perfectly) so definitely check before you build. I contacted the company. They asked for the pics and part numbers and in 3-4 days I had the new pieces delivered to my house. Their customer service was quick and helpful. The 1st day of construction Me and my wife were fine until the roof assembly. We could not go on until the next day when we were able to recruit reinforcements to help us out. It definitely requires atleast 3 people for the roof assembly. And do not attempt the roof on a windy day. Once the 3 roof panels are installed the person who is supporting the panels in the middle does not need to be there for support anymore. And after the 4th roof panel is installed the rest of the construction from that point on goes rather quickly Once it is assembled it looks great. All of the concerns about the wood being not the best of quality were diminished when the finished product is revealed. We are going to stain it in the fall to preserve it and protect it as well. As the construction process was happening I was at a 4 stars rating. And kept saying to myself how was 2,000 dollars??? But the finished product as it all came together I bumped the rating back to a 5 star rating
