If you need to file a laundry claim under a Plan purchased between 9/15/2008 and 7/5/2014, please fill out this claim form and email it to reimbursement@bestbuy.com, as that is the most efficient way to get your claim processed. Along with the form, please include copies of the service work order and the original Best Buy purchase receipt.

Processing a claim can take up to 30 days. We'll mail you a reimbursement check once we've verified that payment is due.
