- A: AnswerWe bought about a month ago and have a small dent on door. It does dent easily I’m assuming. I have a Bosch dishwasher that I’ve have had for years doesn’t have any dents or scratches. I’d be interested if you get any help from Best Buy- we’ve spent 3 hours on hold waiting to get anything done.

- A: AnswerThe only noise I ever hear from my Bosch is the ice maker, and that is not very much. I love the refrigerator. What I hate are servicemen that can’t figure out what’s wrong, so they say “It’s supposed to do that!” or “That’s normal”. It isn’t!!

- A: AnswerThe right hand drawer can open fully with just that door open. The left hand drawer is blocked by the mechanism on the right hand door that seals the fridge. Therefore you need to pen both doors to access. Obviously the deli drawer requires both doors open. The doors will stay open when you fully open the doors. Overall it’s a great fridge. Way better than the similar counter depth fridges.

- A: AnswerWe never really fully open it, and that isn't a problem. But to open all the way, we have a total of a 2 1/2" gap between the fridge and the sides. You really don't need very much room to access the entire fridge easily.

Almost Perfect
So far so good, I am hoping this refrigerator holds up after reading some of the reviews. Love the organization, chilling features and sleek design of this Bosch refrigerator! It’s also super quiet and makes plenty of diamond shaped ice. I just wish the handles were not partially made of plastic, as they are a bit cheap looking for the price of this fridge. I have been trying to find a different style Bosch OEM handle that would fit this B36Ct80SNS model but after speaking with Best Buy and Bosch customer service (both were very helpful), there doesn’t seem to be an alternative. Sorry I didn’t consider purchasing the model with the recessed handles instead.

Great delivery experience!
So far so good! Love the ice this machine makes and the in fridge water. Seems way more spacious than my previous traditional French door fridge.

Love this FRIDGE!!!!
Over all this is an awesome purchase. What I love about it: -Super quite -Both the Fridge and the Freezer are spacious -The bulbs inside light up the fridge really well. My preferred setting is 3 -The temperatures are adjustable by degrees and can be made to keep the fridge really cool. -This fridge truly does prolong the freshness of your fruits and vegetables! Strawberries, cilantro, Celery, parsley... you name it. -Finally, this machine just looks beautiful!
