Should there be a manufacturing defect, some manufacturers allow Best Buy to fulfill their warranty. Normally speaking, the first year should double covered with most brands, so to speak, but any additional years outside of the manufacturers warranty would need to be covered by a Geek Squad Protection plan for assistance from Best Buy!
