QuestionThe monitor specs say 160 hz but even when using the display port the monitor can only be set to 60 hz. Is this a mistake on Best Buy or is there something I am missing?

QuestionI just purchased- been using for a few days for meetings. Everything works fine except the speaker is very bad. Even the speaker from the laptop is much better. Is there a way to improve the speaker so I don't need to use headphone or return this ?

- Answer My monitor has a USB connection to my desktop. In addition to activating the privacy shutter, I unplug the USB cable when not using the monitor for video.
