A:AnswerAutel has abandoned this. It has long past its end of life. It has no more updates and parts are getting hard to find. Autel did not care about its loyal customers. The batteries have serious issues. This drone is not made or supported in any way by its manufacturer. Visit the forum @autel pilots. The EVO 2 is already nearing it EOL and Autel will leave you without parts or support very soon. I happen to like my EVO battery issues aside. Do your research and beware of Autel. A shame because it is a decent drone and no geofencing. I would look at the DJI and preparing for the day I will have no choice. Good luck.
A:AnswerDJI is no different towards their consumer. I have had one battery catch fire when you report when something like that happens they send this big long form asking Dumb questions it's a total stupid question that if you answer them in a wrong manner it will Go against you and that's what they try to do is to make anything the consumer's fault regardless if it is DJ I's fault they will not take the responsibility they will try and try to get you to say something wrong then use it Against you? Be very careful when talking with DJI.
A:AnswerNo. The aircraft comes in a box. The mold that stabilizes the aircraft during shipping can be repurchased to whatever permanent carry case or storage compartment you design.
A:AnswerJust like new, certified Autel Refurbished. It was $799.00 at Best Buy and that’s what It is. May find a junky used one unrefurbished and maybe damaged on jip bay (eBay)
