A:AnswerI own the 730. The 730 has wireless networking and Bluetooth capabilities as well as the hinged screen for video blogging or selfies. The hinged screen is also really nice since it works at any angle i can hold it up above a crowd of people, angle the screen so I can frame the picture, and get an unobstructed view or a higher angle perspective. Would also work from a selfie stick... But use it so you can get different angles while viewing the screen... They only limit is having to squint to see the screen!
A:AnswerI'm sure that depends on what you're used to. By my standards, moving from two different versions of Panasonic Lumix to this PowerShot model, the PowerShot is an incredible improvement on every level. The flip-around screen for "selfies" is very useful. Optical zoom provides astonishing clarity at long range, and shake adjustment is first rate. The camera also takes better photos as night than anything I've seen.
A:AnswerWas disappointed with the images of wild life and distant sceneries as they were slightly blurry. Canon needs to improve the Macro in this camera. I returned this camera.
A:AnswerYou can use any standard screw in type tripod. My recommendation would be to find one that has enough height to make it eye level and make sure to get one with a leveling indicator on it. There are a few at Best Buy that work with this. Normally I would specifically recommend one but ultimately it’s best to find one that fits you and your needs. That said due to its small size it is compatible with just about any tripod from desktop to floor standing models or even light ring tripods. Hope this helps some.
A:AnswerYou download the Canon app. Then use the menu on the camera to connect the phone to WiFi and upoload your pictures and videos. Photos are fast and videos take a few seconds depending on the size of the file.
A:AnswerYes that is 100% why I bought the camera. Great quality for picture and sound. I am sure if you spent tons more on a more professional set up you might get better results. But for the price and the fact that I am not a professional just doing it for fun it is awesome.
A:AnswerNo it cannot. You can still take a still off of the video using software, but it's really inconvenient. My older Sony camera takes stills during video.
