QuestionI need to have a battery back-up for my Spectrum internet/voice/modem so I can use my phone. Modem is a Hitron DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem model E31N2V1. Will this work in case of a power failure so I can use my phone? Modem has a port for a jack plug in.

- Answer Yes. It should for a couple of hours. This is a 360 watt UPS and the spec sheet for your modem states it draws 15 watts nominally.

- Answer I called Slumberland, about my power chair and about getting one of these UPS Power System. He said. my chair comes with a "power back-up" That I just have to follow the cord from the transformer box (under the chair) and you will see where to install TWO 9-volt batteries.

- Answer First, I would not recommend this particular model of UPS for a gaming computer, most gaming computers have fairly mid to high power requirements along with efficient power supplies with PFC, we recommend using a UPS with a pure-sinewave output to support those power supplies while it operates in battery mode. Runtimes are a bit tougher to pin down as it depends on the type and amount of load placed on the UPS while it is operating in battery mode. QuestionThe only thing plugged into my Cyberpower 650VA is ONE power recliner and I only use the lift and lower option. I need the back up so I can get out of the recliner. How many lift and/or lower cycles will the Cyberpower last before the power comes back on?

- Answer By now you have probably tested it and know the answer. However, Cyberpower states that high current draw appliances should not be plugged in to this unit. I would guess your chair falls into this category.

- Answer This is a bit complicated. The discharge curve is not linear. For example, if you double the current load, the discharge time will NOT be 1/2 the time as the lower current draw. It will be somewhat less
