- Answer This is really meant to let you safely shut down a computer or similar device in case of a power outage. So, fully loaded, it only lasts about 10 minutes.

- Answer It depends on the heat that is generated from the lights...we tried to use it for a coffee pot and it didn't work and I know it said not to use it for heaters...so I think it depends on the heat generated. Not sure though

- Answer Just tried to use my CPAP with this device (currently experiencing a power outage) and it shut off immediately. You’ll need something bigger to operate a CPAP all night. It did run a small LED lamp and a phone charger for over an hour though!

- Answer No, it is not normal. Perhaps your battery cell capacity has deteriorated and is not holding sufficient battery power to provide peak energy consumption. I would recommend either replace the battery cell or upgrade to a higher rating UPS. The latter is preferred.
