Q: QuestionI put the wrong ink in my Epson ET 2803. How do you remove the ink? I’ve watched a ton of videos, but they say to unscrew these 2 screws and lift the top up to get to the hoses. But mine is latched, so I can’t reach the hoses.

• A:Answer You have to manhandle it open then take a syringe without the needle detach the hose from the ink box that rides above the paper and suck it out If you try to push the ink out through the tank that you fill nothing will happen because air vents will release the pressure. Your screwed anyway very soon the printer software will pick up on that and won’t allow you to use your printer anymore

Q: QuestionDoes this printer have the option of printing in white ink?

• A:Answer Hello Barbie. The ET-2800 only uses Epson Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black Ink Cartridges. Unfortunately, most all-in-one printers will not use white ink. Instead, the printer uses the paper color to print the white in your image. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

• A:Answer Hi Mortara, You can use the CD included with the ET-2800 to load the drivers necessary to use it with a computer without an Internet connection. Q: QuestionCan this printer print up to a 13X19?

Q: QuestionI am trying to find a print driver for ET-2800 for linux buser operating system. there was a post saying that these drivers were on the epson support site, but when I went there there were no drivers for Linux available.

Q: QuestionCan the ET-2800 scan a multipage document?

• A:Answer Hello Lois. Unfortunately, the ET-2800 doesn't include an automatic document feeder, so you can only scan one original at a time. We recommend looking at the ET-3850 as it is a similar printer and does include the document feeder, which allows you to scan multiple documents. Q: QuestionI'm trying to print something on an 8.5 × 13 paper, it will not allow me to print without borders. Is that normal or am I just missing something? Tells me that size paper and borderless option are conflicting.

Q: QuestionHi, I did what Mark suggested. I uninstalled Epson Scan 2 and reinstalled. I turned off the printer and turned it back on again, but when I select Scan on the printer it still says “check connection” and only shows USB as an option. Help! Thank you
