QuestionWhat if my router switches automatically between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz depending on how far you are from the router and the printer is near the router so it will use 5 GHz. I can't choose which one to use. Am i going to need to return this printer?

- Answer If it's a Nighthawk router, get the Nighthawk app on your smartphone, go to wifi settings, and make sure Smart connect is turned on. I think that should help.

- Answer The User Manuel says the heaviest paper it accepts is 24lb. However, I print with 80lb card stock every day, and I get fantastic results. I use Xerox Bold Digital Printing Paper which is impressive stuff.

- Answer Autofeed copies yes, save as pdf yes, and send to email yes. Scan to email is set up using epson scan to cloud which will simply upload the scan to the server and forward in email form to you. Your email address must be set up on the computer through your browser as a recipient.

- Answer Print to pdf is offered by the computer software, not the Epson software. I use this printer and I always have the option to "print to pdf" as a printer choice after hitting the print button.

- Answer Hi Rachel, The EcoTank ET-3850 is not a sublimation transfer printer. Using substances other than the ink designed for the printer may damage the printhead and affect warranty coverage. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
