Q: QuestionI need a printer that will print on glossy paper and paper as thick as card stock. Duplex, copier, scanner, (fax optional) Will this printer do that or is there a better one? It will be used for contracts and flyers. Thx

Q: QuestionWe are having issues connecting on our Eero mesh network. We have no issues with any other devices, but the Epson shows 4 (!!!) home wifi networks, so depending on where we are in the house it won't print. Any ideas?

If your mesh network is on a 5GHz band, it is possible that it is not properly connecting. When you're on the copy screen, you can find the option under the basic settings tab. • A:Answer Make sure you check carefully from the front and the back of the printer. Look for even a very small piece of paper that may be stuck. I had that happen to me once but I finally found it. Now my printer works perfectly.

• A:Answer Hello mamico5. To confirm the actual ink levels, you can visually check the ink levels from the ink tank windows. The ET-4850 has a low ink alert system. The accuracy of this system depends on the user refilling the ink tanks correctly. Q: QuestionCopier lid hinge does not hold itself open. It will crash close unless I keep my hand on the lid and slowly lower it until comes to a stop. Is this normal?
