QuestionIs it capable of AirPrint from an apple device? I dont want to go through the app to print. Will it show up in available printers automatically when printing from iPhone or ipad?

QuestionIs the printer capable of printing on InkJet Dark Transfer paper? I need to be able to make some shirts with a design from my computer to printer. And is the quality gonna be good (ie no faded colors)?

- Answer Hello AJ. The XP-5200 works with Epson Iron-on Cool Peel Transfer paper, which can be used with t-shirts. Please note we have not tested other brands of transfer paper with the machine. If you plan to use 3rd party paper, we recommend trying a small batch first to ensure it works properly and has satisfactory image quality. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer I'm not sure what you mean by quiet, but I wouldn't say it's louder than any other printer I have had (among HP and other Epson's). I wouldn't print anything in the same room as a sleeping baby, but I don't find it particularly loud. Hope that's helpful.

The printer can be set up and used via Wi-Fi direct mode without requiring a wireless router or access point, and the printer itself will act as a network access point for up to 8 devices.
