- Answer It only comes with "starter" ink. Your salesperson should have recommended you purchase additional ink at the time you purchased the printer.

- Answer It works great with WiFi. One of the features I really like is that you can email a print job. I can be in my office and email a document to this home printer and it's waiting for me when I get home.

QuestionI purchased in December 2020 and it continuously uses the color ink to print even when i select grayscale or black and white. I keep having to replace the colored cartridges yet my black ink supply is high. Is it a defect? Can you help?

- Answer Hi TexasIllinois, Epson printers, including the WF-3820, contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors for normal operation. A small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, even when you're printing black text only. This prevents air bubbles from entering and damaging the print head itself. - Answer As long as your PC and the printer are on the same wifi network, or if it is attached by a chord, yes. I scan things pretty often, and it works very well. I absolutely love this printer.

You can use it as a stand-alone copier, or connect it to a Wi-Fi network and print from or scan to smart phones or tablets. If you have a land line, you can use it as a fax machine. - Answer I have the Epson app on n my iPhone and iPad, I have not installed on my desktop yet. It took only a few minutes to set up with the instructions they give you. My daughter put it in her tablet the next day, so you should have no problem adding it to your device when you want to. They have a website with videos and support, and a direct phone number.
