Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to me. The delivery people did not firmly seat the handles, so they kept coming off. Have the Best Buy people come back, and properly seat the handles by pulling them down. Very simple, but I was concerned about breaking something, so have them do it. It really frustrated me, until they returned and forcefully pulled the handles down and seated them. Problem solved. They should have properly seated the handles when they delivered the refrigerator. I really like the refrigerator, by the way, now that the handles don't come off every time I open the door. Paul
