• It’s a good question. I’ve not found a single big box store nor a family owned store in the Chicago area that has this model on display. I’ve seen the French door 15 CF on display but not this one. It does make committing to a purchase difficult. Is there Anyone from Haier or Best Buy who can help me locate a model to actually see?

• Probably because it's not a quality fridge. Mine broke after 1.5 years, I doubt best buy wants to sell these in-person.
